菲媒：菲律宾渔民组织抱怨中国海警在黄岩岛部署橡皮艇巡逻阻止进入潟湖 美国助理防长称“如菲律宾遇袭将引入美菲共同防御条约”

菲律宾《菲律宾之星》官网10月2日马尼拉报道：一个渔民组织昨日表示，中国海岸警卫队已在“帕那塔格”浅滩 (Panatag或Scarborough Shoal，即我黄岩岛—译者注)周围部署了橡皮艇，以阻止菲律宾渔民进入潟湖。
