美国这款网红能量饮料被疯抢 空瓶借同学拍照都能收费

去年底,37岁的菲利普斯从美国飞回苏格兰时,一口气买了22瓶不同口味、罐身颜色各不相同的Prime能量饮料,带回去当礼物,这使他瞬间成为侄儿侄女眼中的大英雄,因为这款饮料在英国超市被疯抢,很难买到。行销专家指出,背后推手是圈粉的文化现象。
把Prime带到世人面前的是美国两位高人气拳击手Logan
Paul和KSI。他俩由拳击场对垒的敌手变朋友,在网络上拥有数千万粉丝,而Prime演变为粉丝表达死忠的一种方式。专家指出,网红行销的效果强大,这会是未来趋势。
网红行销业者Obviously创办人兼执行长Mae
Karwowski说:“未来十年,所有最大品牌都将出自创作者。他们了解媒体,了解客户需求。”
虽然企业多年来一直运用网红在社群媒体行销产品,内容创作者也在线上推展业务,但Prime背后的热情更上一层,比起小学生和青少年会将豆豆娃(Beanie
Babies)和宝可梦卡在内产品转变为身份标签或象征,还要更夸张。
德州大学教授Amanda Russell说:“这实际上与产品毫无关系,而是自此建立起来的共同体和教派。”
零售商店频频缺货,Prime官网也标示所有产品全部售罄,但稀缺性反而使得Prime更受欢迎。
每瓶售价大约2.4美元的饮料,在英国的高中生可能以双倍价格转售,部分地区卖到12或20美元,甚至传出100美元的疯狂高价。菲利普斯还听说,有青少年把空瓶借给同学拍照都要收费。
Russell解释,只要说东西数量有限,人们就会争相购买。
