特朗普否认曾嘲讽阵亡美军:只有动物才会这么说(图)

3日，特朗普被曝曾称在战争中死去的美国人都是“失败者”和“笨蛋”。尽管多家美媒已证实部分关键细节，但特朗普和白宫仍坚决否认这一说法。

当地时间9月7日，特朗普在新闻发布会上再一次抨击该报道的记者杰弗里·戈德伯格，称他“履历背景非常糟糕”，并指责他是亲民主党。特朗普还说：“这是一种耻辱，谁会这么说？只有动物才会说这样的话。”

"Only an animal would say things like that," Trump said Monday at the White House. Trump said the article's author, The Atlantic Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Goldberg, has a "tremendously bad history," and accused him of being pro-Democrat.

除此以外，当天，美国总统特朗普在记者会上和一名记者就口罩问题发生了一些小摩擦。

当时特朗普点到了路透社记者梅森，梅森起立向特朗普提问，但由于戴着口罩距离又比较远，特朗普或许没有听清，他要求梅森将口罩摘下：“你得把口罩摘了，请把口罩摘了，你离我多远？”

梅森回答称，自己会说得大声一些，而特朗普则说：“如果你不摘口罩，你说话很含糊不清，摘下口罩说话会方便很多。”但梅森坚持不摘口罩，强调自己会大声提问：“现在好点了吗？”特朗普此时叹了一口气：“唉，好多了，对，好多了。”他不再强求梅森摘口罩，让他继续提问。

THE PRESIDENT: You're going to have to take that off, please.

Just – you can take it off. Your health – how many feet are you away?

Q：I'll speak a lot louder.

THE PRESIDENT: Well, if you don't take it off, you're very muffled. So if you would take it off, it would be a lot easier.

Q: I'll just speak a lot louder. Is that better?

THE PRESIDENT: It's better, yeah. It's better.

但并不是所有记者都像梅森这样坚持，另外两名记者在提问时就摘下了口罩，令特朗普直呼：“你的声音听起来真清楚，和那些拒绝摘口罩的记者截然不同。”

"You sound so clear as opposed to everybody else, where they refuse," Trump said.
